Stainless Steel Body

The device body and all equipment used are made of stainless steel. Moisture generated during the degassing process causes rust. This applies to all surfaces not touched by the oil. Rust will cause small particles to flake off, preventing your filtration system from operating efficiently. The rust in the degassing process will discolor the oil and even reduce its breakdown voltage. However, with Realoil, you won't encounter any rust problems, even after many years of use.

It operates fully automatically with PLC control and all sensors, allowing us to monitor the process. Its flexible interface provides audible and visual warnings to prevent potential errors. A vacuum sensor located in the vacuum line allows you to view real-time measurements, and an oil sensor prevents damage to the environment and the equipment from overflowing from overpressured oil. This saves you time and protects you from potential damage. Integrated with the vacuum system, the device provides full control over subsequent processes.

Vacuum Pumps

It's used to remove coarse vacuum and is suitable for combined operation. It's air-cooled. It carries air with its fiber fins and expels it through valves. With regular maintenance, it will operate trouble-free for many years. Made in Italy.

Resistance

The heater is manufactured with a special type of flange. Protecting the resistances within stainless steel tubes ensures trouble-free operation for many years. Thermal calculations are made to ensure that the heater surface area does not exceed 1.1 cm³/watt. This ensures the device's longevity. Because it has multiple compartments, PID control is more precise.
