Procedures performed in our Factory for Power Transformer Maintenance
Some tests are performed to detect power transformer faults (such as SFRA, winding resistance)
Transformer oil is drawn and sampled for analysis is taken and disassembly is carried out.
Tests are continued again; switches, coils and core parts are checked visually.
The faulty coil is replaced with a new one and any insulation weaknesses are eliminated.
Then, the processes of baking, vacuuming and oil pressing are carried out respectively.
Type or routine tests are performed as per customer's request. Pressure leakage testing is applied to all standard transformers. They are made ready for shipment.

With our experienced winding team, we manufacture coils for all transformers up to 250 MVA.
