TA Series
Our OMNI-TITAN TA version is a premium range of transport vehicles specifically designed for true heavy-duty transport solutions for indoor and outdoor use. Each machine features a set of self-propelled drive wheels that allow it to move in all directions (omnidirectional). The range starts at 20 tons (4 drive units) and goes up to 500 tons, where 16 identical drive units are used.
TB Series
Our OMNI-TITAN TB version is identical to the original TA version, but can only be operated indoors and features a key differentiator: reduced building height. Therefore, it is specifically designed for existing applications where height is restricted, such as replacing airbag systems.
Transformer products in the energy sector are heavy; common transformers weigh up to 100-200 tons, while many reach 200-400 tons. Transformer manufacturers use cranes for lifting, which results in high construction costs, consumes crane resources, is a high risk factor, cannot be transported in or out of workshops, has high labor costs, and is inefficient. The customer requested an AGV capable of carrying 100-400 tons and performing inter-shop and indoor/outdoor handling.

OmniAnt Power Transformer Coil Carrier
In power transformer production, cranes aren't always the solution for moving coils from one location to another. With the OmniAnt, a fast and reliable transport method, you can transport all transformer parts weighing up to 15 tons. Its small size provides flexibility in stacking and allows it to operate on all types of challenging surfaces. We can provide custom pallets for the OmniAnt in any quantity you need. Its remote control allows for easy movement in all directions, and its crab-like motion allows it to easily pass through narrow spaces.

Large transformers are bulky and require a high-altitude work platform for easy installation and maintenance by personnel. Traditional high-altitude work platforms are inflexible and lack precise positioning. The customer requires a high-altitude work platform equipped with epoxy resin that can move in all directions, transport and lift personnel or objects, and achieve high operating and positioning accuracy. It can be easily used outdoors.
