Ersin Topçu has nearly 30 years of experience in the energy sector, having worked for global companies such as GE and Astor for many years. He possesses a high level of expertise, particularly in power transformer manufacturing, final assembly, commissioning, and maintenance and repair.
Leading the technical processes necessary for the smooth commissioning and long-lasting operation of transformer systems, Mr. Ersin is a highly technically proficient manager who meticulously works in field applications. As a founding partner, he is a key figure representing our company's technical reliability.

Mehmet Koç is an experienced executive with over 20 years of experience in production-focused roles in the energy sector. He served as a production manager for many years at leading transformer manufacturers such as BEST and Astor, making significant contributions to planning production processes, improving efficiency, and managing technical teams.
Specializing in transformer manufacturing, Mehmet Bey possesses deep knowledge of technical infrastructure and manufacturing strategies. As a founding partner, he is a key player in shaping the company's manufacturing excellence and operational strength.
